MP C2003SP - upgrade firmware failed

I have some problems with a C2003SP, when it goes into standby it is impossible to reactivate it, I have to turn it off and on again.
So i tried to upgrade the firmware by the software but it stopped at 99% and the MP freezed.
I searched how to make the upgrade byt SD Card but i cannot find the firmware file.

for first try with the hdd disconnected, or change it, otherwise could be a controller in tilt
try to copy the smc on sd card with sp5-824 (upload sdcard), and run sp801-all, and then run sp5-824 (download sdcard)

Thanks luca72, the hdd was the problem to the firmware upgrade :-)
