thanks everyone, it seems that replace the whole unit is necessary. I have ordered one this weekend, hope everything will be ok.

So one more question is, after i replace the unit, do i need to do any setup or configuration?

you must replace the part, and with front door open run sp 3-701 pcdu and reboot, or if miss pcdu from sp menu, run 3-701-opc, charge roller, cleaning blade, developer, etc, in short, every part of the pcdu, and reboot

finally i have replaced the unit, and it working now.

however, i can't run the sp 3-701, but the developer initialisation only.
seems that the function is disable by the distributor here. And I tried to fix it by follow the instruction i found online:

This procedure describes how to configure Service Provider (SP) modes. The SP Mode settings are normally configured by the Configure and Reboot Action. You can use this procedure to configure settings manually when a device does not allow DRS to configure SP Mode settings through the Action.

and it didn't go well, i can't undo, there are something i couldn't access now...
but as long as it could work, its alright now. thanks everyone so much!!!

this is a big lesson for me

According to the service manual it's not necessary to reset the counter

          PCDU
          • When you take the new PCDU out of the box, hold the lower middle part of the PCDU. Otherwise,
you will damage the drum unit and this will cause defective images.
          • Remove the developer cap [A] from the new PCDU and put it on the old one. Attach the cap to the
toner supply unit of the old PCDU that is in the box with the new PCDU enclosed.
          • The PCDU has new unit detection. A flag in a chip in the TD sensor is overwritten when power is
          turned ON.
          • The new PCDU is detected automatically, so it is not necessary to make any settings manually after
          installing a new unit.

Unless the MP 305 has Tungsten ControlSuite which is a document capture, print management and mobile workflows add on application, a JAVA platform script, you intend to use it, why the hell did you make any KOFAX recommended changes? SP5-401-230 SDK certification Device has to do with SDK which is the JAVA platform, Extended Features in User Tools. LDAP refers to an authentication protocol that works with Active Directory service on a Microsoft Server. If you have lost access to WIM and possibly all other network functions, that is why.
