    Ricoh C5100 with SC515-01 SMART SERVICE CALL

    I have a C5100 throwing this code when I send to print.
    The machine shows "SMART SERVICE CALL.......SC515-01", but I can still send jobs to print (both One Sided and Duplex).
    Any ideas?

      It looks like an issue with the duplex transport motor and lack on grease on "something". There is an RTB out to address the issue.
