Hello, I resolve the problem,
I think it's a bad automatic firmwares update
There was a problem with 8.03 package and now with 8.04
The only solution is to clear engine (5.801) and reinstall all

I'm looking how to desactive automatic firmwares, if someone have an idea for next time ;-)

You can deactivate it through 5-886-111 set it to 0. That was the recommendation we got until there is a firmware update that solves it.

It apparently affects on version 8.2 and 8.4 and the recommendation is to downgrade to 8.1.

The problem occur,
I have downgrade into 8.1
I desactivate Bonjour SSDP ans Airprint, the customer say to me the machine was OK until he send a job by phone ans the code reappears.
I desactivate automatic update (firmwares)

Now I'm waiting ;-)
