Ricoh PRO C651 - FUSING BELT MARKED

The fuser band began to mark and that caused white marks to appear
on the print. I changed the band and after a few copies (100 copies) it was
marked again, I think that what does it is the rake that rests on it.
    The band is original.
What could be the problem ?

Picker scratches. Time to do a full PM on the fusing unit.

What is this part called? It would seem
that the band rasps with this...
The fuser is in good condition.

Do you even have a service manual or a parts catalog?

I have all the manuals, including the parts manual and PartsFinder, but I can't find the name of that part, which seems to be the one that hits the belt and scratches. Could it be high temperature? I usually print 300 grs paper and self-adhesive.

Try reading the replacement and adjustment section on the fusing unit.

I am thinking that it may be the ball bearings of the rollers where
the transfer belt is mounted, which, being worn, when the sheet passes
and presses, touches against something and scratches

Have you replaced the hot roller as well, perhaps the uniformity stiffness of the hot roller is uneven? you can adjust the tension of that stripper plate to move away a bit from then fusing belt just be careful and watchout for paper jam if its too far.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

Does the fusing unit have any bearings with a brake to prevent the rollers from turning only in the direction of paper advance? Or do these rotate freely in both directions? I've been looking in the parts catalog and can't find it.

Not that I can see in the Parts Catalog other than in the cleaning web unit.
