        Please see the attached screenshot of the ricoh online firmware update tool. I have updated firmwares of c305, c307 machine and they were upgraded successfully. Some machines failed to update. Its not only c305, c4503 and 4504 also.

            When this happens you need to update manually via SD card.

            You can then update via the update tool.
