How to setup Scan to Email on a Ricoh machine

I have a friend who is also a client that has inherited a IM C3000 Ricoh machine through a company acquisition. He needs to setup scan to email. I would also like to know how to do this as I have very little experience with Ricoh devices.

Is there anyone that would be so kind as to supply me with some step by step instructions for setting up scan to email on a Ricoh device.

However, I don't what the default user name and password is when one tries to log into the web interface.

User name is : admin. Password : (leave it) blank. That's it by default
