i have a couple of savin 8035e copiers that are driving me insane the drum units keep binding up in the recycle section ive cleaned them up all bushings and everything i have even exchanged drum units from other machines and they are continuing to bind up any ideas would be welcomed im not sure what else to try

also ive been haveing alot of issues withe the fuser cleaning roller sticking to the pressure roller and locking the fuser up causeing a 520 code . replaced cleaning roller is fine for about a month then it starts sticking to the pressure roller again very little toner is on the cleaning roller when this is occuring -

Are you also replacing the mylars on those drum units? They are pretty good for nothing more than falling out and helping to gum up the whole unit.
What level is the firmware at? Both this machine and its slightly less network friendly predecessor had issues with toner density that were addressed by firmware.Comment

i wish i could change my number and only give it to the customers that dont have these pieces of crap. i just wish the sales guy wouldnt have sold over 50 of them in my territory. the other guys in my company only have a few to deal with i guess im just the luck oneComment

Well, you want to keep your job. So the best bet would be to hock them into upgrading to color. You'd be a hero in both camps. And there are ways to make trade-ins "un rebuildable"sigpic
