IMC3000 with OCR scanning

Hi,

Customer ordered a OCR unit, installed this last week.
Now I get the question from customer:
" can I scan directly to an PDF/A-2a, PDF/A-2u, PDF/A-3u and PDF/A-3a format " ??

I think that they need special software to convert ?
But need the OCR for making the surchable file (?)

There is an Administrator setting in User Tools for turning PDF/A On/Off.

In other words, you choices are limited to what Slim graciously mentioned above; nowhere near the number of options the customer is asking for.
