Would anyone have a Glossary or any data that would help guide us to better understand what each item in the Service Mode is for?

It is called basic copier training. Most of the one you need to use are very much self explanatory. If it is not mentioned in the adjustments section you should not be touching it unless instructed to do so by the Ricoh help desk. Otherwise you could end up with a very expensive boat anchor. -
