    IM C2000. Quality problems after installation

    Hi,

    Installed a IMC2000 this morning, after installing the driver and printing a testpage and more tests, that was allright, no ptoblems at all
    This afternoon I got some examples by mail from customer, prints and copies were not good, see picture

    someone a clue here ??
    its normal paper . .

    Was it new or used? If used you forgot to replace something.

      used but changed all image units for new ones

        try printing something with your knee pushed against the side door, to see if it changes, and check that the white plastic hooks on the side of the PTR roller are not broken

          Has the machine been in storage lately? Transferred from a cold environment to a nice warm office? Could be a little bit of condensation which will sort itself out in a day or so. You will have to go back and calibrate the device again once that's sorted.

          If not that then It could be transfer, fuser or maybe the door Like Luca said above.

          -Can you rub the image away with your hand? if you can the fuser pressure is probably not sufficient.
          -If you putting your knee against the side of the machine help then its the door latches more then likely.
          -Also check the springs to the sides of the Transfer roller I've had them break on me a few time over the years.
