    fuser drawer

I need help here. I have no power to my Ricoh 5100S but I need to open the fuser drawer to gain access to components. How can I do that without power?

I there a lever or unlock feature?

Of course the power supply is not in there....what the hell are you talking about????

Look again and what I said. It does not say how to open the door with no power. It will not unlock without power???

Please be specific with answers not rude!

Looks like he found it in the service manual. Also you said "No Power" so the power supply was mentioned. YOU were rude, not the other guy.
            I'm sorry dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

Planetrob, I was not rude. Why in the world would someone think the fuser drawer had a power supply in it.
I also never said POWER SUPPLY I said it has no power meaning the machine won't turn on to release the drawer.
This is not even your conversation so shut the hell up!

Dear planetrob, the question is correct, if you read it, you can verify it, if English is not your language, use a translator (I use one) and the good predisposition to answer must be a constant in the forum, we are here to help, not to download our personal problems. Greetings
