BLue Dusting on RIcoh SPC 360SFNw

I just replaced cyan cartridge with genuine part and I am still getting this. I have only used Ricoh toner in the lightly used MFC

I don't see the print copy example, but from the title I deduce that you have a cyano background (?)...it will almost certainly be the cyano pcdu, specifically the dirty charging roller, strange because usually that machine warns you much earlier to replace the pcdu compared to how much they are consumed

I'm just an end user, so I dont know all that much about laser printers. I took the drum unit out and saw that cyan toner was on the drum at the end causing the problem, I used a microfiber and isopropanol and gently wiped the drum across itself and gently rotated the drum and continued until it was clen. I reassembled everything and tried a test print and it was a little better, by the second print returned with the same problem. The MFU is lightly used. and probably about 6 or so years old. Thanks for your help.

With just over 2500 pages on a discontinued model that was introduced in 2018, I would say it might need all four PCDUs replaced.

So, it's just an age related situation?
