Hi All,
A brand new opc drum was installed recently, ever since then there have been an uphill on the said Cyan and Yellow unit, hard to rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise, there by causing sc491. Any remedy??

try to sprinkle some talcum powder all over the photoconductor, I hope you have installed OEM pcu units.
sc491 : high voltage leak, broken harness, defective drum unit ,development unit or high voltage unit , paper transfer unit.

Oem drum installed. I'll sprinkle some talcum powder to it.

Unit working fine now, toner was sparkle on the cleaning blade and charger, and unit was ok. Thank you all.
