MPXX55 Toner widget

Happy Friday gentleman
Does anyone know how to reset the toner bottle widget on the MPXX55 series when a customer replaces a toner cartridge prematurely the toner widget shows toner low.

Tell the customer not to replace the cartridge prematurely.
The problem usually occurs even if the cartridge is almost empty; the widget will show "almost empty." If the customer removes and re-put the same cartridge, the widget will show "full," when in reality it is almost empty.
This is because this system doesn't use chips.
