Hope all is well,

Just wondering if anyone has had this code before? There is no mention of it in the manual or online. My guess is that it has something to do within or around the cyan PCDU section, it pops up like 4 times a day, no difference in image quality. I have tried cleaning but still no luck, any ideas?

Error codes in the format "ECxx-x-xxx-xx-x" are not in the service manual because they are not service error codes. They are operator error codes. The only problem is that Ricoh-USA does not provide a list of them. All that is in the operation manual is the format I quoted. Now maybe in your region they might.

I have the manual for Jam and EC codes, but this one specific code isn't in there. I have attached it for you if you ever have the need for it.
