[Misc] Savin SP C252 Growling noise on upper right side

Hello, This printer is making a "growling" noise on the right side. It is in the location of the black image unit. The customer says it has been doing it for several months. The The MFP seems to work ok. Jams occasionally using recycled paper. Is this a common noise and can it be fixed... Thanks

I would try another black drum cartridge.

The fusers don't last too long on this model, it may be time for a new one.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

i dont remeber well the sp's menu of that model, try to enter in sp mode, if exist, try "output check" to identify step by step the source of noise....maybe you need a SOM software installed on pc, to manage sp's menu

I am actually going back tomorrow. The printer has been making noise for about 6 months or so. I am going to ask the customer if they want to pursue it. Thanks for your help for sure !!!
