Hi everyone
I have a client with an MPC3002 and they are trying to print from a server 2019 virtual server, I have no experience with virtual machines but I did manage to get 1 user printing, first I created my own virtual machine with windows 10 on azure, all the drivers were there as "redirected" and printing worked fine, then I created a virtual server 2019 and used the "TS" port as there were no redirected drivers showing on the server, so once I tested these and got them working I got to the client and did the same thing and printing worked fine. The next day one of the users stopped printing and I cannot find the problem, I tried using every TS port and a few others but it either disappears (I print a test page and it doesn't show in the queue) or shows error and sits in the queue, is there anything I can try?
