SC204-00 RICOH MPC4503

hope this topic finds you well.
I've an mpc4503 that throws up sc204-00 at interval while printing, also when i try to do line adjustment mode A it fails and come up with sc204. Any ideas

I've figured it out. It was the grounding unit of the ITB it wasn't in the appropriate position. Thanks so much.
