Ricoh Mp C3504ex Counter Email Failed

    Ricoh Mp C3504ex Counter Email Failed

    Hi All

    I have 3 Ricoh MP C504ex copiers.
    Updated firmware
    Copier scans to email no issue. The smtp settings are fine as the machine will scan to email.

    When I setup the Counter to be emailed, followed all the instructions
    5866
    Validity
    date
    time
    send email address

    But when I do send test it says FAILED

    any ideas or thoughts?

    It looks like you have enabled/ set the correct SP's, but have you rebooted the system before testing?
    It won't work until you do.
