    DD 3344 Out of ink

    dear all.

    i have Ricoh DD3344 i have an issue with the ink ,it says out of ink,however i changed the ink,filter,pump and clean the tunnel nothing worked,

    any suggestion please

      Sounds like a fault with the drum ink sensor.

              Are you sure the ink is being pumped and coming into contact with the sensor?

                  Try running the pump by hand. If that works take the sensor with the prongs off of the drum and clean it.
                  After that it could be board.
