Looks to me like crap supplies, either toner, developer or both.

Sorry to say but those are some terrible trouble shooting skills if you had to go through all those parts and still not resolve the problem.

As slim said it is very likely those parts are not genuine. Culprit most likely can be the wax lubricant bar for each drum. Cheap ones tend to always leave streaks ( cream colored ones)

Better to run a calibration test print pattern to see how all colours are going at once and look to see if the pattern is coming from leading edge or not
If it works, don't touch it.

If bad supplies or generic toner, looks like the toner density could be messed up among other things.

Is this copier and paper in a climate controlled area? I've seen prints like this in the past with a machine "warming up" and bad paper.

Curious, if everything is OEM (which you need to confirm for us), run color color registration, then an ACC, and see what it looks like on quality paper.

        Just a thought

it seems too charged, seem to see a residual ghost image.... try to clean id sensors, and the erasing lamp, if there is, (can't remember), and re-run acc via sp 3-011 all in a row

If you have any doctor blade cleaners (A2949560 Paper Dust Cleaner - 5pcs/set), trying cleaning the doctor blades. If it helps, replace the development units when the problem returns as they are contaminated.

I agree, the dev units might cause some of the trouble here and I'd also take a look at the laser unit/polygon motor, perhaps the mirrors ends became dull over time - that would add up the lighter density on one side only. And some good old hint is to take care that the machine is standing on an even floor.

Edit: Ok you changd the laser (against a new or used one?). Btw. swapping old stuff against old stuff for testing might lead one to false conclusions, especially if there's no "major" problem.

Initial thoughts would be Developer units, perhaps Non Genuine toner has been used and then they will have been contaminated?

If the drums have been rebuilt then I know the Metis range can suffer with this, especially the lubricant bar which is usually terrible cheap material on rebuild kits.

Check toner it's genuine, also probably drum and charger doesn't match each other.
