From the service program check the op panel configuration, it is usually changed between SOP and NOP

But which administrator are you when you login as 'admin' There are 4, 5 if you count supervisor, and someone may have assigned that operation to one of the other 3. The only thing that supervisor can do is change the 4 administrators.

The 04 colour devices did, the 04 b/w still has buttons

It has been solved by changing SP5-748-201 (smart operation panel connect setting) from 1 to 0
