RICOH MP3555 Toner supply provlem

I am having a problem with a Ricoh MP3555 a new client call us, the machine doesnt supply toner and its having a toner add indication i can see the machine turns 1 time and then it stops i can hear a noise from the motor, if i turn it with my hand then it starts turning 2-3 times and it stucks again with the noise.
Since i havent worked with these models any help will be appreciated.

PS i forgot to mention the client was using compatible toner and i chanced it with the original toner.

maybe good toner shake will help..

The compatible toner will have taken the pump out I'm afraid.

Maybe, it need cleaning. The OEM can make same problem.

I think there's no pump like in the color models but some sort of "hopper" in the back of the machine with a static pipe and a conveyor screw, perhaps some clogged toner is blocking the drive or the screw/conveyor broke inside that pipe.

if you give it a help with your hand, and it turns, the motor would seem weak, activate the door actuators, and try sp-5-804-162 (toner bottle motor) and see what happens
