MPC3504ex J067 (Duplex Jam) sometimes ...

Hello !
I do have a MPC3504ex wish sometimes jams only in duplex "J067" , allready cleaned the rollers , checked duplex entrance for broken parts , I do 30/40 duplex copies , no jams , turn around and client is calling again ...
What else could I check ?

Open up the duplex door. Look at the top rear corner of the door. The stud holding the gear gets loose and wobbly. It's peened on to the metal bracket. The only way to fix it, if that's your problem, is to replace the duplex door.
