notarial deed on A3 Europ size (America 11-3/4 x 16-1/2") booklet printed (magazine)

Customer scans it notarial deeds ('booklet' printed) and is now searching for a software that un-booklet those scanned deeds into a file that respects the normal read order, so 1, 2, 3, ...
Do you know of the existence of such software?
    Thanks in advance

By hand on the glass, page by page. They should have kept the original file that they printed into magazine format. Good luck.

I'd imagine that you could use a paper cutter and cut down the binding. Once the pages are arranged correctly, you've got A4 duplex originals, which can be duplex scanned either LEF or SEF to create a standard PDF page arrangement. If there is any sort of adhesive on the binding, I'd imagine that SEF would probably scan more reliably than LEF. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

How is 'booklet printing' called in america? In Dutch it is called 'boekje' of 'tijdschriftfunctie', translated it would be 'little book or magazine function'
        Are these terms correct?

"Booklet" is the correct term for copier functions, yes. Or "two-up" if you're referring to image layout. =^..^=
