We don't have that much experience of the MP CW2201SP and we have a customer that has this unit and have alot of problems with it and most seem to be connected when printing from the second roll unit.
My colleague who has seen the machine on site have noticed that after a successful print and when the paper is cut the printer rolls back the paper and when it rolls back it seems to have a tendency with the next print to get stuck in one of the "cracks" in the paper path.
The most frequent Jam code is this one (from ARMS)
from SM
54 A2 Paper out (Roll Unit 2)
54 Roll end at Roll Unit 2. The roll unit exit sensor did not detect paper for 7 sec.
We haven't been able to figure out if it's mechanical issue, paper issue or even a driver issue, when my colleague was on site this week we couldn't reproduce the problem of course, the customer is also located quite distant so we want to have as much hints as possible to not go there without having a good working theory.
The customer itself has noticed it happens more frequently when the paper roll is near end that it has the tendency to curl up, so is it an idea to switch paper?
