First the drum, chg roller and developer were replaced and the puking continued. Then the whole PCU was replaced with a type1027. Puking continued. All the chg and bias settings are at default. I can see the developer clinging to the drum and can feel it on the paper. What am I missing?

Do you have a good drum ground? It would be common to either PCU's. -
I've not seen this problem before but if you have completely replaced the PCU and it's still puking dev then I would think it's something to do with dodgy dev bias voltage or poor drum grounding.
EDIT ah dckm beat me to it LOL.- Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.

Check the erase array for any missing or damaged LED's. We had one that kicked everyone's a$$ in the shop. Didn't find it until we pulled it into the shop for repair.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

Cobiray, that is a good one, I hadnt considered that. I had an analog 3535 that kicked my ass for that once. I remember sitting on the floor looking inside while running copies and then it hit me "where is that red light I usually see?"

I wouldn't have thought 5.1v would have made that much difference, but it did. Probably the strangest thing I've seen in awhile.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Applied voltage to semiconductors is 5.1v. I deduced the voltage ended up being applied to the drum surface causing the issues we had.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. On the money Cobiray. And props to you for telling me. It was a mother to replace, The board itself is easy but the plug is between the rear frame and inner cover.
If it were easy anybody could do it.
Thanks again.sigpic
