I ran firmware update in sp mode, not sure if it does it all.

Post your firmware versions, we can tell you what's out of date.

I checked a few modules and they seem up to date - at least I have the same stuff on our internal server and it got checked/updated from my-ricoh last time around march this year.

Looks pretty good, a few out of date but nothing that should cause this problem. I don't see PDF listed, it should be ver. 1.06
