Hi Everyone!
I have this problem i can't solve. Ardf jams every 5/10 sheets.
Tried to change Roller Ass'y, Board and sensors, firmware df3090 but
it still have trouble. Can someone help me?

According to the manual, J16 is caused by the paper not passing through the registration sensor of the DF unit.

If you changed this sensor, the problem may come from before, what is the reference of the part you changed? If the paper is positioned in that area, the problem may not be the sensor but the wiring that is in poor condition.

I think I speak on behalf of the rest of my colleagues, that if you are NOT a qualified technician (assuming, due to excess of red cards), please contact an authorized technician, to solve the breakdowns.
Our experience and the documentation that we handle authorized technicians, costs money and one thing is to help among colleagues of profession of the guild of printer and photocopier technicians, and another to solve FREE queries of individuals.

I think there was a modification available against misfeeds/sep issues (some mylar and a piece of rubber). Sometimes the magnetic clutch for the feed assy can fail, too or some one way pulleys on the feed assy might have gone bad. Another classic is a dirty sensor-reflection area. Enough possibilities to check before start swapping boards....

Would be nice to know how far the paper got until the jam gets displayed.
