pro c5200 won't make calibration

i have a pro c5200s won't make calibration after it make the first one ,when i put it on scanner glass it keeps saying put it correctly, then it says failed try allover again.

any ideas.please?

Is the test printed correctly? Have you already cleaned the entire optical drive?

Please post the calibration sheet and the printer test page that was requested in your other post on this machine.

i can print just fine,i have no problem with the drums, never the less all the issue from the scanner unitWhatsApp Image 2022-06-26 at 3.55.32 PM.jpg



please notice that i have cleaned theoptics million times no hope,also i clean the glass from both side
