Scan to folder Ricoh C5100s to MAC (Sierra 10.12.6)

I had a Pro 5500 ex and then a C6502 and both of these worked perfectly scanning to a folder on my MAC

I now have a C5100s and can not get it to scan to my folder on the desktop. (Nothing has changed on the MAC)

Anyone have a step by step Scan to Folder (MAC) so I can see what I am missing???

    Sooo frustrating.

    Thank you in advance

    Tsiakkastel.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

you need also to change a auth setting from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 2 using telnet, if you do this from mac probabily you need install also telnet on mac....anyway, I would update the mc firmware first, just to be safe

      look a TSB attached

On the MAC press Command,Shift, and the letter A at the same time. Go to the bottom and open Utility. From there you will launch Terminal.Use the telnet command just like on a PC.
Type in "smb client auth 1" and then press enter..type in "logout" then enter..you will then be asked if you want to save the changes. type "yes" and then you will be logged out. Telnet back and run a "show"..This will give you all the settings so you can confirm that SMB Auth was changed to level 1

        Good luck
