      I still think it's a paper transfer issue - perhaps a bad ground/contact to the paper transfer roller. It's easy to check if you interrupt the print process and check out the image on the upper side of the ITB - I bet there's more to see than usual.....

        I have found the solution, it took me time to find out that some gears we're worn out and was causing interruption also found out one ITB internal rollers was the major culprit (spring wasnt ok) I had to transfer ITB sleeve to an abandoned carcass and machine was back and it's running fine now.
