MPC4504 Booklet mode

HI,

Problem when using booklet mode,
Customer wants to print in tima magazine mode stapled in the middle.
the cover is 160gr paper, using the bypass for the cover it turns off the staple function !
Does anyone know why ? because when selecting for example cass3 for the cover it works, but only when the medium thickness is selected.
configuring cass3 using thick 2 it doesn't work . . .

Customer uses all cass and wants to use the bypass for the cover (160gr) . . . . impossible(?)

Check the specifications of the folding, I believe 160 gsm is outside the specs, show it to the customer.
