Ricoh Aficio 3045 SC322

I am working on Ricoh 3045 with SC322. I noticed copier function and scan feature are working fine. Only when you try to print or machine try to print out fax confirmation, it show a red wrench SC322.

The machine copies at 400 dpi and prints at 600 dpi (including internal prints) so your 600 dpi pitch is most likely out of spec.

Do the LD beam pitch adjustments. If that fails you may need to remove and clean the laser unit or replace it. You'll find the proceedure in the Replacement and Adjustment/Laser Unit section of the SM.

Refresh the firmware? Is it on a surge protector? Power can cause all sorts of odd and frustrating problems.

try to check cover switches, i had many SC32X problems coused by them...

yes door switches cause this sc code, especially the ones above the fuser.
