clean the id sensors behind the fuser and check the silver roller on the itb where the id sensors look at - usually find that its dirty.

Also if the colour reg is too far out, first you need to bring it in manually to so where near in SP2 sub and main scan (somewhere just before you reach SP3) then run colour reg in maintenance

I agree with the Bishop regarding the ID sensors and the topmost transfer roller.

You could also try running SP5993-002, the forced line position.

check the silver exit roller on the ITB usually they have black smears or dots on them, clean it so its silver, clean the ID sensors then do a forced line adjust.
