ITB Cleaning Unit Issue Ricoh Pro c5100

    Hello!
Maybe someone had the issue I show you...
My ITB cleaning unit of the Ricoh Pro c5100, it accumulates toner in the corners, and when the corners are full, the toner falls to the sheet before the fuser.
I have to clean the ITB cleaning unit every 3,500 copies or so.
I haven't seen any engineering modifications to the RTBs...I've changed the blades and brush with no success.
    I send you photos.

    THanks in advance

You also checked the status of the transfer ribbon right in those spots, hardened lumps of toner in the steel rollers inside the unit

The PRO models escape my experience a bit, but...
Is the quality of the work good? Aren't they saturated? It gives the impression as if the cleaning unit cleans more than it can, by excess, does the rest of the machine show signs of sprinkling toner above usual?

And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.
