Used it a few times. Mostly on MP C3003. Installs as a print driver using the same IP address as the print driver for the same machine. Ricoh tech support can tell you how to convert the machine address book to an Excel cvs file to upload to the LAN fax address book.

I've used it on and off going back to the old Lanier LD 232c. The only real issues are that the driver itself still looks like it's from 2003 in terms of the cover sheet templates and other tools in it. Also keep in mind that you can't use it with a shared print queue, only a local install.

It will do the job and send the fax driver and it's quite convenient in the right environment. I have the LAN Fax driver for my office MP 171 installed on my laptop and it's much faster on those rare occasions when I need to send a fax.
