[Misc] Ricoh MP 3555 500 Internal Server Error

Hi to all,
I have a Ricoh MP 3555 that is indication 500 Internal Server Error when i try to do a configuration from web browser.
I already login as administrator.

The printer may be blocked by ip range. Print a configuration page in the printer menu within the user settings and all the network configuration will appear there.

Reboot the device and also make sure all firmware is up to date.

Any storms or power issues lately? I've seen similar issues on other models after power bumps or surges.

I know that resurrecting old discussions is not welcome.
but today it happened to my colleague, the same thing on the mp3555, I searched here and found this, and I thought it deserved the rightly ending.
I had my colleague do all sp801 on the phone, (except engine), and the problem was solved.
