Also the 3004/3504 are NOT the same sleeve assy as the 4504/6004. Must use Ricoh D2424041

no, OEM toners,,, its the fuser, when i put the asian 110v up to 180 it goes away
there has to be a setting to switch it from 110v to 120v somewhere in the machine....im guessing
i loaded the latest FW no problems

yes i know, this has to do with 4 machines we got in having been set to ASIAN area in service mode 143///5-807
USA machines are NA (north america) these three out of 12 we got in have asian and are 110v so i cant replace fusers with mp c6004 fusers

Why can't you just order the right sleeve and rebuild it and Not use the 110 one?

You can't fix the fusers that are 110. Why can't you just rebuild the fuser you have in your office with the correct sleeve assy. since you have plenty of cores? No need to do it at customers office. Maybe missing something but seems pretty straight forward.
Are you trying to say that even when you put a 120v 4504 fuser (Which you say you have plenty of) it still needs the temp bumped up to 180 in those 3 machines that were set to Asia and changed to USA??
what im saying is the 120v sleeve or fuser will not operate in the machine set to ASIA 110v... i changed the DC power supply and the power supply im assuming there isnt another power supply in the machine... but there may be ill look this morning

UPDATE this cant be fixed with just power supply swap.. it seems the Asian set machine's got put in with the load . them knowing they wouldn't work here or not its just not right, so were investigating getting credit for those 4 machines that are for Asia , Ive never received any such machines in all my days of import export or in the copier business ..
Im assuming everything from the power supplies to the eeprom and the nvram and probably the control board is all wrong.. i dont know but im putting my hair back in from pulling it out over this one... LOL
Thanks for all the insight to a problem that ive never seen and cant be fixed ( as far as i know) I have a Ricoh dealer Tech checking but who wants to deal with changing out all that stuff.... ill just use the parts except the FUSER!!! and try to get credit back... a guys gotta try right!!
Thank you all
