    IM C2500 Airprint stops working

    Has anyone had an issue with a Savin/Ricoh IM series having the Airprint only work for about 15 minutes after a reboot or reconfiguration? I have a customer that is complaining of this, one firmware back from latest, but there is no mention of this problem in the firmware history on Ricoh TSRC. Of course they did not buy a service contract, but this problem started just after they got the machine.

      The only thing I can suggest is to delete the device certificate and create and new one for the user's site.

          Change this SP 5191-001 to 0 (ram sleep setting.)

          Also no harm in updating to the latest firmware.

              Thanks for the suggestions guys, I have a tech going onsite today to try those. I'll let you know how we make out.
