    PC600 color printer noise

I have two PC600 making a bad noise then jam or cram the print. Sometimes it will throw the color registration off and sometimes it just crams the print to gether.
I have been all over this machine pulling the drums and developers. Can not find any troubles. Sometimes it goes away for a few days.
    Thanks for any help.

We had this problem and it was the ITB belt.

The jam codes are 042. I did swap the ITB with a working machine. Hope that works.
The noise is like gears not meshing. The noise comes and goes. I will report back after a few days.
        Thanks

It was the ITB belt. A little white bushing is oblong and causing the noise. Had to purchase the whole unit to get the bushing.

Check the parts catalogs for some older models. Might use the same bushing and have a part number. One thing though, they often don't sell things like bushings, retainer clips and screws as individual items. You get a bag of 50 or 100 so pay attention to the quantity of issue when you order.

I still remember when I ordered the plastic screw for the charge corona grid of a Martini and I received a bag of 50 or more.

I too can confirm an order for two Ricoh FT4022 spare parts: Retaining ring C, two bags of 100 pieces each have arrived!
