Plockmatic BK5030 screen

Hi,

I have a BK5030 booklet maker being used as a stand alone.
When started the screen does not react to touch. Tried multiple restarts
and the screen will display different screens. It's feels like a software problem.
Is there a Hard Reboot on this machine that might rest the software? Any input would be appreciated.

Maybe try this first, I've had a few of these Micro-SD fail.
