Ive done what i feel is everything...Unit is getting a jam 060..heres the kicker..It will feed Letter landscape but not portrait. It will not feed tabloid. Ive swapped the Exit unit, fuser, Transport IOB. Ive removed the finisher to take it out the equation..Firmware is good. What gives? unit is under 300k

The terms Portrait and Landscape describe the different way a painting can be hung on a wall. The proper terms for a technician to use when talking how paper is fed through a copier are SEF, Short Edge Feed, and LEF, Long Edge Feed.

Given that J060 is a trail edge exit jam, I would say that something is causing wider paper to stall momentarily or slowing the paper down in the exit section.

I didnt ask to be educated on how I WANT to describe the way paper feeds.. MOST end users have no clue what SEF of LEF is so i keep it simple. So please keep the correcting to yourself that nobody asks for...you seem to correct people frequently

Then I take it you are an end user. Most people here on a regular basis are not end users.

Being rude to senior technicians wise it is not.
