Blank display on address book (im 2702)

Guys, I have installed new IM 2702 but when I pressed address book function/icon, there is nothing shows on the display. I can add only names through web image monitor. I already updated the package firmware but still same problem. Any ideas?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the icon from the taskbar. If you access the machine functions there should be entries to activate or allow changes by the user. I don't think you necessarily have to login as administrator

Remove the SD card from the machine and format it using your computer. Put it back in the machine and program the address book.

You should update the APP of the Operations Panel, surely whatever happens to you. But I would recommend that you uninstall them first.
