Transfer assembly compatibility 7503 and 6002

Hi, All. I hope everyone has had a good week.
I have a MP 7503 with a sc 440-002 code. My question is has anyone tried to use a MP 6002 transfer assembly in a MP 7503?
    Thanks, Mika.

First thing I would do is check the black lead of the connector. That lead in Martini machine has been known to break right at the crimp connection and cause that error.

I've never tried it but I think they might be the same.

      Also

On that error code. I had that on a MP6500 at the beginning of the year. Battled with that for a while. This is what I found out :
Developer was "throat out" from the mag roller to the drum and then into the waste recycling unit on the drum unit and the transfer belt unit. That build-up of developer in the drum waste recycling unit and the transfer belt led to the error code.

To resolve the issue I changed the drum and developer. Used a blower and blew out the drum unit and transfer belt unit. Make sure to remove all sensors before blowing. Then fully service the units

      Worked fine after that.

      All the best friend

The 6002 assy fit, no joy. I serviced the pcu and installed a transfer unit from another '03, problem is solved.

Ciao Mika, It happened to me too about a year ago (I'll give you the link of the thread)

MP6503 - SC440-02 (transfer power pack just replaced 1 week ago) total counter: 990

it's the belt that needs to be replaced, to order it there's the new type (code D0CZ3898 or D2233859) in the box, you can also find the sp to change to vary the currents adequately for the new belt (ricoh has changed supplier) I'll also send you the relative ricoh bulletin

p.s. the complete transfer unit with "plastic basket" from 6002 and 6503 are almost same, but change the shape of connector, and the power pack

              Good afternoon!
I have this error on a Ricoh MP6503, we already changed the powerpack board (az320220) and until then it worked, it printed around 150k and gave the error again. Could it be the customer's electrical network?

Start your own thread. And be sure to include a lot more information than you just did.
