    Random lines on printed stuffs from Ricoh MP c2003

    Hi all experts,
    Recently my printed stuffs on RICOH MPC2003 will have some random lines (attached screenshots)
    I have checked and confirmed that my scanning has no issues
    I have also cleaned all the printing parts but same issue
    Please let me know what i can do/replace to solve this issue (:

      Those lines are anything but random...there's a definite pattern.

      Looks like a cracked dev roller. or a gear that is driving multiple dev rollers.

      Forgive me. I stopped fixing machines years ago (I'm all software now), but some things don't change.

          Since it doesn't appear on the counter sheet I am inclined to say the CMY motor and gear train for either the PCU or Development. K has its own development motor and K PCU shares a motor with the ITB.

              Your camera is shit and you need a trained tech for a big service. Could not read the counter page.

                  Or the upload of the image scaled it to the point of being useless. JPG is a lossy format after all, and forum software often messes images up.

                      There is everything here.
                      - Lumps in the Developing Units (Magenta, Cyan, Yellow), which are the white lines, because the magnetic roller has areas with absence of the component.
                      - White areas also by drums in poor condition or dirty.
                      - Yellow developer, in poor condition and without dough
                      Here we need a good replacement of parts and I would say almost all.

And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.
