Stuck in Admin password setting

Hello,
I tried to reset admin password by following some tutorials on youtube. I did this by typing (//143 C) and selecting SP-5-846-046 (UCS Setting - Initialize All Settings and Address Book).
After restarting the printer, I am stuck in a popup window asking me to enter the supervisor and administrator passwords 1.
Even if I enter the passwords and reboot, the printer shows the same popup every time I restart and does not disappear (see the photo).

You have to enter the passwords twice for both admin & supervisor. (Leave both blank)

When I enter the passwords and click on Ok the popup does not close. When I restart the popup shows up again and all buttons are disabled.

Might be a firmware bug. Try updating the firmware then run SP5-846-46 again.
