Ricoh Pro 901s Graphic Arts Edition SC 674-01, SC 676-01

Hello, any help would be great.

I'm getting an SC-674-01 AND SC-676-01, I've replaced the Relay Board and PSU-EA1, harness looks good. still getting same errors. It started on Monday over the weekend. I'm assuming a board.

Is there anything else I should be looking at?

    Goose guide says,

    Pro C901 - SC674 - Loss of 24v from EA-1

Do you have 24v every where you should? Check the interlock switches. Check all of the power supplies.

When you say the interlock switches. Is there a specific one? Both front door interlocks?

I'm only getting 24v at the fans. Everything else is 5v.

The relay board is putting out only 5v but it's only getting 5v from the G-P3. Initially I thought that would be the problem but i replaced it with the same problem.

I haven't inspected the interlocks. So i can look at that next. Is there a specific one though?

The manual did not point me toward a power supply so haven't honestly checked them out. Is there a specific one I should look at.

I followed the diagrams from EA1 all the way to the relay board. But everything is getting 5v and nothing other than fans are getting 24v.

Do you have a parts machine? If you do maybe replace PSU-EB and PSU-EA2 ?

Should be three fuses on EA2, one on EB, one on G, one on the controller.

I do. I will replace them tomorrow.

Only question is fuse.on.controller? Not familiar with it. I guess I can start with replacing EA2 and EB. Already replaced G.

I'll get back to you tomorrow. In the mean time, thank you!

So i got that problem resolved. It the transfer belt power pack some how shorting.

Now I have s new problem, the machine comes to idle but when I send it a job it just sits saying printing forever. Fiery is connected and visible.

              Any ideas?

              I don't have another fiery.
