    Ricoh IM 430 Grinding noise

    Hi, i have a ricoh IM 430 with a loud grinding noise, i swapped the pcdu same problem. The fuser checks out ok. Any ideas would be welcomed.

      Go in to service mode and try running individual motors in I/O mode to isolate the noise.
